The Dental College established by the Adesh Group in Bathinda is among the finest dental colleges in India with all modern equipments and highly experienced faculty. It is established in the adjoining campus of the already existing Medical College of the Adesh Group. Students will get clinical training in the Medical College also in the basic subjects.

This is the latest venture of the Adesh Group established in a vast campus along with hostels, residential quarters and has fulfilled all conditions of Dental Council of India and Govt. of India.

The institution is about 12 kms.from Bathinda Railway Station, conveniently located on the main Bathinda national highway no.64 with good road and rail connections to all major cities in Punjab and India. The institute is situated in a clean and unpolluted environment. The campus is in 50 acres having Medical College, Nursing College , Physiotherapy College, Pharmacy College, Para-medical College along with Dental College. The campus has 24 running water & electricity supply.

The College is approved by the Dental Council of India, Ministry of Health, Govt.of India and affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot with 100 student�s admission capacity per year. All the teaching department of basic sciences are equipped with state of the art modern laboratories, instruments and teaching aids. The institute has well maintained lecture halls with 120 seating capacity equipped with LCD projector with multi-media & other audio visual facilities along with sound amplifyring system with special emphasis laid on participatory teaching.

The College

The dental college has got a spacious library present on the second & third floors. It has got air cooling, well ventilated and illuminated expansive halls for reading purposes. There are of more than 1700 titles of books pertaining to various subjects and 18 national and international journals. The library is equipped with computers having broad band unlimited internet access for reference to the latest publications of the research material and other information through medlar and worldwide web. Photo copier & printer services are available at a nominal cost to the students. The library also has got a huge reading room for the students to bring their own study material to pursue in a peaceful and temperature controlled environment Computers have been provided to all the departments of the college and teaching hospital, thus helping the staff members to update their knowledge and skills from time to time. In addition a spacious examination hall for students to appear in their department or university examination has been provided.

BDS COURSE

The course of students leading to the award of the degree of BDS shall last a minimum of five academic years and is subject to the rules and regulations Baba the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot ( BFUSH) and Dental Council of India ( DCI)

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The admission procedure is as laid down by the Pb Govt./ Baba farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

1. Admission under Government Quota :
Eligibility, Selection of candidates and Admission procedure will be as per Punjab Govt. Rules.

2. Admission under Management Quota

2.1 MERIT SEATS (Including those reserved for SC, BC)
2.2 Application Procedure
The application from submitted to the college by selected candidates should be accompanied by all required documents.
2.2 NRI SEATS
As per BFUHS prospectus/ notification. In addition, the candidates must produce documentary evidence of his having been selected by the Central Admission committee for the BDS-2009 Course in AIDSR, Bathinda.

TUTIONS FEE STRUCTURE

1. Govt. Quota and Management Quota ( Merit Seats)
The candidates admitted against the merit seats will be required to pay the fee as per Punjab Govt. notification no.5/35/07/IIIHB/4905 dated 03.08.2007 by the Government of Punjab and furnish the bank guarantees for the balance fee.
2. ( NRI seats)
Candidates admitted against NRI Seats will be required to pay the entire fee fixed by the Government of Punjab, in Lump sum or to furnish the back guarantees for the balance fee, if they opt to pay the tuition fee in installment.

SCHEDULES & MODE OF PAYMENT OPF TUITION FEE

1. Schedule of payment of tuition Fee for ( NRI Seats)
The entire tuition Fee and security shall be payable at the time of admission. Students admitted against NRI Seats will be required to furnish at the time of admission a bank guarantee for the balance fee, if they opt to pay the fee in installments.
2 Mode of payments of Tuition Fee
2.1 Government Quota and Management Quota ( Merit Seats)
Tuition fee must be paid either in case against proper receipt of Bank draft drawn in favor of �Principal , Adesh Institute of Delhi Sciences and Research, Bathinda�. The hostel charges will be paid as applicable on or before prescribed dates to the Principal, AIDSR, Bathinda.

HOSTEL FEE

1. Room Charges: All the rooms are special room with attached bathroom charged at the rate of Rs.2000/- per annum.
All the admitted candidates are supposed to stay in the hostel.
The college will charge provisional hostel fees and other charges. The candidates will be required to submit an undertaking to the effect that will pay dues as amended from time to time approved by the Competent authority.
Electric points for light, fan & music system are provided. Charges for gadgets other than those permissible are extra.
2. Hostel Security Deposit
Hostel Security as applicable will be charged. Security will be refunded, without interest and after adjustments if any on the completion of the course after submitting the � no dues certificate.
3. Fee for Mess & Canteen Charges
Advance Mess charges payable as per institutional norms.

Adesh Institute of Dental Sciences & Research is well known for its quality of services.
The teaching hospital has two blocks with four storey building each a land mark not to be missed on the Bathinda-Barnala highway. It is the begning of a vision leading ultimately to a postgraduate institute in this region of Punjab.
